✅ Eligibility for Returns
● The return request must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
● The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original
tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
● Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
● Personalized or customized products
● Innerwear, lingerie, and certain hygiene-related items
● Items marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page
● Damaged or altered items due to misuse
🔁 Return Process
1. Go to My Orders and select the item you wish to return.
2. Click on “Return” and choose the reason.
3. Our courier partner will pick up the item from your doorstep (in serviceable areas).
4. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund or replacement will be initiated
within 5–7 business days.
📦 Return Pickup
● We offer free pickup for most locations.
● In rare cases where pickup is not available, you may be asked to self-ship the item.
Courier charges will be reimbursed (up to a predefined limit).
💸 Refunds
● Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, based
on your preference.
● For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account or UPI ID
after verification.
